The Nutritional Services department provides meals for hospital patients, care center residents, Adult Day Service participants as well as preparing meals for special functions and meetings. Since we are a smaller facility we have the ability to meet individual food preferences and needs within the scope of the person’s diet.
There are 10 dietary staff who serve an average of 35,000 meals annually. All meals are prepared under the guidance of our Certified Dietary Manager. Our department works under high safety and sanitation regulation’s, working closely with our facility Infection Preventionist.
A Registered Dietitian is retained on a consultant status and works closely with our Dietary team
