REHABILITATION The Cook Hospital Rehabilitation Department is located in Cook, MN with easy access from major highways servicing a 2500 square mile area of Northern Minnesota. The Rehabilitation Department was newly built in 2005 and provides a clean, modern, and professional atmosphere. We offer cutting edge therapy techniques in both Occupational and Physical Therapy in areas of acute and chronic neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, sports, industrial medicine conditions, wound management, conditions/injuries. We offer 1 month free fitness memberships to all patients following completion of therapy to encourage continued wellness. Our staff has a combined 59 years of experience in therapy services. The Occupational Therapy Department is staffed with 1 full-time Occupational Therapist and 1 part-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant while our Physical Therapy Department is staffed with 2 full-time Physical Therapists and 1 full-time Physical Therapist Assistant.
