Call 911 for emergency
Our goal is to treat medical emergencies as quickly as possible. Our team of doctors and nurses are qualified to handle any medical emergency including stabilization and transport to a higher care facility if necessary. Our emergency department has a trauma bay, a private treatment room and two more emergency treatment bays. The department is centrally located to the inpatient care area, lab and imaging departments.

Three regional ambulance services provide emergency access and a helicopter air ambulance service provide transportation to whatever level of care is required. We are a full primary care hospital with access to secondary and tertiary care centers through technology and/or transportation for referrals. Nursing staff is provided advanced training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Trauma Nursing and disaster preparedness.
